Vision
Mixed use re-development site for 200+ residential units and 100,000sq
ft commercial space. £40m.
Design Highlights
Working on the next stage of the already established Paintworks area of
Bristol. Three Wise Monkeys in partnership with two other architectural
practices are creating an eclectic and diverse group of structures and
interiors for Firmstone Developments. Inspired to create a truly sustainable
community with the lines between life and work blurred in an exciting
riverside development.
