Vision
From the initial guidance on office location, to achieve a look and feel that captures Synovate’s ethos “the biggest small company”. An open planned office environment on 4 floors, to provide 580 employees with a new environment to thrive and expand. A new approach to office design and use with different types of informal and formal meeting spaces.
Design Highlights
Clear glass building blocks provide smaller groups to have privacy, whilst remaining with an open planned feel. Curved glass manager pens, bus stops a viewing room, with a curved one way mirror, all create an environment that feels young and dynamic, with a sense of humour.
